1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide directly through site forms (investor intake, contact). This typically includes name, email address, phone number, state of residence, capital range, source of capital, accreditation status, and any free-text message you submit. We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial-account credentials through this website.

We collect minimal technical information automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This information is used for site operation, security, and aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels, third-party advertising networks, or behavioral retargeting cookies on this site.

2. How we use information

Information you submit through investor intake or contact forms is used to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Determine eligibility for specific investment structures
• Schedule the suitability conversation
• Provide ongoing investor communications related to active positions you have funded
• Comply with applicable record-keeping and regulatory obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade investor information to third parties. We do not seed marketing lists. We do not use submitted information to build advertising audiences on third-party platforms.

3. How we share information

We share investor information only as necessary to operate the lending and servicing process you have asked us to facilitate. This may include:

• Title companies and escrow agents handling closings on positions you fund
• Loan servicing platforms used to process payments and generate statements
• SDIRA custodians, where you direct funding through a self-directed retirement account
• Outside legal counsel handling enforcement on a defaulted note in which you hold a position
• Tax-form processors generating year-end 1098 statements
• Government authorities when required by subpoena, court order, or regulatory request

4. Data storage and security

Submitted information is stored on systems operated by ReV and its service providers using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Form submissions are transmitted via TLS-encrypted connections. Payment-related instructions are never collected through this website.

No system can be guaranteed against intrusion. In the event of a data incident affecting investor information, we will notify affected investors as required by applicable law.

5. Email and transactional messages

We send transactional emails through SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) from approved sender domains. These emails relate to your inquiries, the suitability process, and active positions you fund. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by replying to any message or emailing invest@realestate.ventures. Transactional messages required for note servicing cannot be opted out while you hold an active position.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal first-party functional cookies (session management, accessibility preferences). We do not currently deploy third-party advertising or behavioral tracking. If we add aggregate analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider and update this policy.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing invest@realestate.ventures. Some information must be retained as required by financial record-keeping rules; we will explain any limitations on deletion when you make a request. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights described in the supplemental notices available on request.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting active investors will be communicated by email.
